At Toxic Artist Club, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While all sales are final due to the limited-edition nature of our artworks, we do offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued within 30 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Address: If the artwork is returned due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
  • Unclaimed: If the package is unclaimed and returned to us by the shipping carrier.
  • Returned by Customer: If you decide to return the artwork, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at Contact@toxicartist.shop with your order details and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the artwork.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds if the returned item is not in its original condition or if there are missing components or damage.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Any items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to customer handling.
  • Custom-made or personalized artworks.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
